I’m very excited to announce that we’ve hired Becky Verhayden as our Youth Services Librarian. She’ll be starting on January 2nd, 2008.

We have a library newsletter now and it will soon be available through this blog as well.

In addition to using the email me button to sign up for programs, you can also make suggestions for book purchases, programs, or anything else that you can think of. All suggestions will be considered. Not all will be filled, but I’ll have a reason!

We’re working with Community Human Services to arrange van transportation to and from the library starting in February of 2008. We’ll show a movie and have someone here to help with computer support, whether you need an email address or want to download tax forms or look up a product in Consumer Reports.�
