Wow! The Summer Reading Program is over!

The summer reading program was a great success!   Over 600 children and teens signed up for the summer reading program and 500 of them read at least ten books or 100 pages. We ran over 60 programs in 6 weeks.

We still have a few prizes available if you haven’t made it in yet.  The framed people are headed for the elementary schools where they will be starring in “Who Got a Clue” displays in the libraries. 

The Fall Schedule is as follows:

September 10 - December 21, 2007
No registration needed.  Siblings are welcome.
NO Story Times on 9/25&26
Library Closed 10/8, 11/22, and 12/24 & 25.
Library closes at 5 PM on 11/21.

Preschool Story Time
Tuesdays 10:30 AM
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 1:30 PM
This is a half hour (or so) story time for 3-6 year olds and their care-givers. Includes craft.  After story time we open the toy box and play. 

Toddler Time
M-W-F 10:30
For those under 3 & their caregivers. This is a 15 -20 minute (if the attention spans last that long) story time with a very few, very short stories, lots of finger plays and bouncy games and rhymes. After story time, we open the toybox and play.

Thursdays 10:30 AM
Family style sing-along.Â
Will run through December 20th.
No registration required.  All ages are welcome.
