Harry Potter Lock-In - Movies, games, food then at Midnight, listen to Book 7. Details to follow. Made possible with the help of Studio 2B Scouts. Grades 6-8

The Cracks in The Wall - Food, prizes, and a mystery to solve. Volunteers needed to help set the scene 4-5. Registration Required. Community Room

Legos© - tables covered with Legos© and two hours to kill. All this and snacks, too. Grades 6-8 Community Room, No Registration Required.

Reader’s Theater—Students in grades 6 & up will create props & practice their parts and at 2:30, they’ll perform for the SRP Party. Registration Required. Community Room
How it works:
VolunTeens/Book Buddies - Students entering grades 6-12 can gain experience that looks great on resumes! Do Community Service in an air-conditioned building full of books!

VolunTeen activities may include reading with younger children, helping with crafts and programs, and a lot of tracing and cutting. Limit of 2 hours per week per person.
Sign up with Mrs. DeAngelo between 10 AM and 4 PM on June 16 or 3-7 PM on June 18, 2007 for a 2 hour time slot (MUST be same 2 hours each week). Participation in Summer Reading Program and parent signature required.
