http://go.galegroup.com/ps/dispBasicSearch.do?prodId=AONE&userGroupName=nysl_ca_bur –  Academic OneFile, which contains Consumer Reports.  (To see Consumer Reports articles, type consumer reports into the search bar.  An option will pop up underneath the search bar once the results come up, asking “Do you want to read “Consumer Reports”? “.  Click that link, and it will limit it down to just articles from Consumer Reports.  From there, on the left, under Document Types, you can limit the results further, down to just articles, or just cover stories, etc.
